  Bad bad news here. Stay away - rude, unaccommodating and have a TOTAL 'could not care less' attitude. I even wrote to the Big O customer service thinking they may care about their corporate image. Never got a reply. They too could not care less. Obviously it comes from the top down. Too may tire shops in the area that care about your business to go here. You can do a LOT better.
