  The only dentist i have been to since i was a kid, and i have had nothing but good experiences there. They are always friendly and courteous, and always put my dental health before my ability to pay. The staff is awesome, and go out of their way to make sure im taken care of. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good, professional, honest dentist. A+

  Wow this place has to be the worst dentist practice around...
  
  I started going here since i was 17 years old.. at first my visits here were short sweet to the point. Neither of the dentist at this practice actually take the time to get to know you or make sure your comfortable.. Just rush through there job never explain much.. Im guessing they are really busy since they make you wait forever in the waiting room before they bring you back ...ANYWAYS One time after having my daughter i came in for a root canal .. i explained to Dr.Latham that i was extremely nervous and did not want to feel any pain..he gives me a shot in my mouth 10 minutes later he starts drilling and i jump up from a shocking pain... it had to be worst then child birth... i ask him if he can numb my mouth a little more as he rolls his eyes he does it.. lets just say the rest of that visit i was so anxious i told myself ill never go to a dentist again. As if that wasn't enough to make me find a new dentist i come back for cleanings...
  
  The next and FINAL visit happen as i was 10 minutes late for my appointment... Mind you i got stuck in afternoon traffic coming all the way from west sacramento.. My phone died on the way so i had no GPS and i was guessing on how to get there... OH ya and if that wasn't enough i have my 4 year old and 3 month old kids along for the ride... i walk in the office say i have a appointment and the very RUDE receptionist SHERRI says "UHH YA you HAD a appointment your late you need to reschedule" ... I couldn't believe it.. After all the times they have made me wait i show up 10 minutes late and they want to give me attitude and tell me to reschedule hahaha UHH NO THANKS ...That was my final straw...
  
  I went right ahead and found a new Dentist who is AMAZING and actually cares about his patients DR.EDWIN SIMS in downtown sacramento... go to him instead of these pathetic Latham brothers... Save yourself the headache and pain.
