  My experience was terrible, my hair dresser Moana was rude when I talked to her and when I asked her to straighten my hair a little more. They were very disorganized when I was making my appointment and when I made my appointment we schedule for 1:30 and my hair dresser didn't show up until 2. On top of that they told me a certain price over the phone and when I went to pay it was 3x as much as they had quoted me. I was extremely unsatisfied with my hair and the customer service. I would NOT recommend AT ALL!!!
