  After having to wait about 10 days for someone to come over to look at a problem we had with one of our windows, we were told that someone would get back to us with a price. Having not heard anything for almost a day we called and were told that they had to talk to the person who looked at our problem to see if they had the parts in stock. That was last Friday and we still haven't heard back from them so we moved on and found someone much more responsive. It's too bad because we have used them in the past and liked their service but won't use them anymore.

  The owners were friendly and the mirror I called in was cut correct and done so for a very reasonable price. I will undoubtedly be doing business with them again.
