  They will sell you a "certified used" piece of crap that has nothing but problems and you will constantly be pouring money into it to fix it, since their warranty is of no help whatsoever. TFS is terrible too. I used to love Toyota, so damn disappointed. I have never been more disappointed in a brand before. I was a loyal Toyota customer for years, but I will never buy another. The salesmen here are lying sharks, the service center also lies. On one occasion, a broken part on the car was supposed to be replaced, they told me they replaced it when they actually just cleaned it off and tried to make it look new. I had problems with my Scion from day 1 of the purchase, and Toyota really does not care to remedy any situation in which the customer has issues with their cars. Please do yourself a favor and stay far away from here, and from any John L Sullivan dealerships. The customer does not matter to them, only your money is important. I would not want anyone else to experience all of the issues ans problems I had to deal with because I chose this dealership. Save yourself the headache!
