  I love what they are trying to do at this point. Staff has turned things around slowly. But this traffic and speeding issue is out of control. We have way too many kids in here fo it to not be taken more seriously. A walk way was approved to make things safe but is now on hold! How? I have reached out to fpi themselves to get answers for things and in 3 years dont get my calls returned. I love this location and love what has slowly been changing but more often then not you truly see that potential money is more Important then those who actually live in the location. And not because the office staff isn't trying. It's super frustrating as a resident to see that time and time again. Hopefully sooner rather than later upermangement will see renters matter as much as the potential ones.
