  While waiting for the drink that ewas ordered they called the drink and i watched A man walk in the door, grab the drink anhud walk out thinking not much of it. But when i realized i had been sitting there waiting for my drink for about 25 min. I compmained about it and was told i should have paid more attention i was blown off and given a 4$ card for starbucks which they called a "replacement drink" i dont know a single starbucks that charges only 4$ for a large caramel frap. Ok. So poor customer service, the staff was unwilling to take responsibility for thejr mistake and tried to blame me for not recieving a drink i paid for and i am absolutely never going to this location again ever. Whatever happened to customer service where the customer is always right and you get what you psy for?
