  My uncle lost his wife a while back and used this service. Their prices are fair and they are conveniently located. There is a very nice gentleman who works in front. The staff person who did the bulk of the work in the back office with my elderly uncle the day after my aunt died lacked a comforting and patient "bedside manner," and though I don't think that person meant to be flippant and glib, responses came across with that type of energy a few times. Perhaps it was that person's way of dealing with what is a difficult situation, but I was disappointed at the lack of what would be considered good customer care and real compassion by that person. It was very much a legal/financial transaction without much warmth or compassion. I would like to suggest that be an opportunity to improve upon, since they are providing a service to often grief-stricken, very stressed family members.
