  I asked to cut the sides and back with a size 4 razor and just clean up the top of my hair a little bit but keep it long, and the stylist trimmed it and asked if it was good and I said yeah it looks good and then she cut it more and she asked again if it was good and I said yes the length is fine and then she proceeded to cut it a lot shorter. And now I have short hair I don't like because apparently the person cutting my hair knew what I liked better than I did.
