  We had a truly outstanding experience with Rob Wolf & Associates. They are great team and we recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Our sale was more challenging than many, as our house was different (larger and more pricey) than other homes in the neighborhood and there were problems with the house. The whole process of selling took nearly 6 months and was very frustrating, but none of the frustration was attributable to the work of Rob and his team. They helped to make the process the least aggravating, efficient, and effective for us as possible. The main member of Rob's team we worked with was Loryn Bevers, who was truly marvelous, a gem in the industry, and someone who will be a tremendous realtor. Loryn helped us through post-inspection reparations following an aborted attempt at a first sale, then she re-marketed the property and was always so attentive to our needs and caring. She showed the patience of a saint. Rob entered the process very actively during the last month and was extremely effective as well. Bottom line: We sold the house in December and a difficult sale is behind us. Thank you Rob, Loryn, and other members of the team!
