    I have known Mimi since I was 8 years old. She has such an incredibly big heart. And she will go out of her way to help you find an amazing home! When my husband and I were moving from San Jose she helped us every weekend we could come up looking and when we couldn't come, she was constantly sending us home reviews to look at. She would start setting up a long list of homes for the weekend we were able to come that we were really interested in viewing. She completely went the extra mile just so we could find the perfect first home for us! She is such an amazing person and I am so blessed to have her in my life!

    Mimi sold our house in two days in February, 2018. From the moment we met with her for our initial get together to the closing, Mimi was there for us, 100%. She returns calls and texts immediately. She always follows up and gets you through any situations that arise. She was a delight to work with - as selling a house can be very stressful but she made it so easy.
    We have sold several homes before but no agent, in our opinion, can measure up to Mimi. She knows the market; she knows how to have a house look its best for showings; she knows the market for prospective out of the area buyers; she is just a top rate realtor. Many of our neighbors when they saw our for sale sign with Mimi, told us we had picked the right agent. She has a stellar reputation. If there were 10 stars, she would have gotten a 10. If you want the best, contact Mimi Kim. You will be so glad you did.
