  Next Level Performance Fitness is EXACTLY what the title explains it to be! From the Gym noob to a workout guru, Nick designs his workouts to train your body to take it to the next level. As a gym rat who's hired countless personal trainers in the past, all with no results (except less money in my bank account) Nick's training style and results is a breath of fresh air and makes your body feel stronger in ways that you didn't know were possible. What seperates Nick from other personal trainers is his extensive knowledge of the human body and how it functions. Most trainers are just "certified" to train, whereas Nick has 2 bachelor's degrees specifically in health and kinesiology. Nick also knows how to read his clients and their bodies incredibly well (he can spot a past injury within 2 minutes of watching you workout, and you wouldn't have even mentioned it!) and knows how to push you just enough to really challenge yourself without making you want to die. And every workout he designs is catered specifically for each client and their goals, so no 2 workouts are alike. Wrapping this up, I couldn't be more satisfied with my newly developed workout routine and overall health goals that Nick designed with me. After working out with him for 10 months, I lost 23lbs and gained a new appreciation for fitness and education regarding working out and losing fat while gaining muscle (definitely a tricky balance) I also learned to not be absolutly terrified of the weight room at the gym (former sufferer of flooraphobia). All in all, if you want a permanent change in your life while gaining insight on how your body operates, definitely train/hire Nick. He was an investment that not only helped me create the body I wanted, but develop an appreciation for the body I had and to treat it right.
