  Maintenance will avoid you . They will only arrive when they want to on there time. If your wife is sleeping maintenance comes in . No 24 hour heads up . Just a casual knock and they come right in . Management sucks. Apartments are made extremely cheap. These are great if you like doing things yourself. Every year you sit in these apartmxents they crumble and decay. I have told them countless times because of my PTSD AND BRAIN INJURIES Due TO MY TIME IN SERVICE DO NOT COME to my HOUSE UNANNOUNCED . I have lived here almost 4 years and I have told them countless times but they only care about themselves so ... so will I. Thanks for the help pepperwood!
