  SSCU is a headache. I have multiple loans through them, and once the loans are paid Ill never go back. I followed advice given to me by an employee, which resulted in a 30 day overdue mark on my credit score. One of several issues. I dont have confidence in the employee's here. I would never go here for a mortgage. Pay a few more dollars a month and go with a better lender.

  Wow. Never again. Paid off a mortgage with them 4 months ago. I called once a month since then inquiring about the lien release. Every time I called, they told me, "They're actually working on yours right now! It will just be a few more days." By a few more days, they meant 3 more months. I found out today that it has actually been recorded, but when I voiced my concerns with Jeff, the manager, he just told me I was being irrational. Okay, I'm irrational to believe when they say they're working on my file "right now" that they are actually working on my file RIGHT NOW!!!
