  Made a confirmed reservation at 1 800 GoUHaul. Received a confirmation by email. When I arrived at 2pm they said there was a problem and that they had been trying to "fix it" since 11am. The equipment had been promised to someone else. They had 3 hours to let me know but they let me come in to tell me. Their problem is their response to the botched rental. Two stars because I have successfully rented here before. Never again though.
